A 50% deposit is required, with the balance due after the flight. Any refunds or cancellations are subject to a service charge. To ensure your safe and enjoyable ride, FAA regulations give us the right to decline any passenger for reasons including health, physical infirmity, or intoxication. Ballooning can involve risk and is more dangerous than normal daily life. Passengers are required to sign an assumption of risk form prior to any flight.
